How does the refund guarantee work?
After receiving your doll, be sure to thoroughly inspect it from head to toe and take photos or videos of the unboxing process. Do not use the doll until you have completed the inspection and made sure it is in good condition.
If you find your doll damaged or significantly different from the description provided, please contact our support team immediately and provide as detailed information as possible, including clear photos and videos. - Incorrect doll: When you receive the doll and find that it is completely different from the factory pictures or the website, just show us an unboxing video (including the whole body, head, shipping label and outer packaging box). We will report and verify to our factory and carrier, and arrange a new replacement for you.
- Damaged doll: If the package is severely damaged, you should file a claim with the carrier after receiving the package. New replacements will be arranged according to the severity of the damage. For minor damage, we will provide all the necessary toolkits to help you repair the items.
- Missing package: If the tracking number shows that your package has been delivered but you haven’t received anything, please call UPS/FedEx and file a claim as soon as possible. Just in case, we have added adult signature services for most packages (there may be exceptions.)
What does the refund guarantee not cover?
Minor flaw
Minor defects are not regarded as damage and are not covered by our refund guarantee. Minor blemishes include skin blemishes, scratches, marks, indentations, dents, micro-incisions, minor changes on the skin surface, loose or missing nails/toenails, loose or missing eyelashes, and subtle differences and inconsistencies in facial and/or body makeup. These flaws can be repaired according to the suggestions of HQ Sex Doll.

- The facial makeup, areola color, vaginal color, etc. of the doll may have slight differences due to different screen displays or artificial makeup, etc. This is allowed. We strive to reproduce the makeup of the photographer in the photo. However, a 100% match cannot be guaranteed.
- Due to manual measurement, a slight difference of 1 to 3 centimeters is allowed.
Heating and groaning
